This is what it’s like when I go on someone’s blog and a playlist starts playing.
how the fuck did they film that scene
they threw a radio at his face
do you think they told him
make sure you read the fine print when you sign a contract
This is exactly what it’s like to be an artist.
#okay but #is she drawing anime #or realism
my english teacher retired and she just is so snide
personally I think the dog is even more snide
I’ll be drawing mine and my boyfriend’s favourites :3
My favourite bug type is Venonat! And his is Yanma :3
this just in: white people invented anime
LoK is terribad but my goodness, I have to tip my hat to whoever runs their media/press relations squad.
They have manufactured an excellent hype angle for this show, even if it is ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT.
"Legend of Korra is not a new genre, not in the slightest. Please go watch some anime.
Instead, Legend of Korra is one of the rare instances where, for the first time in a long while, an American-made cartoon with an overarching story that attempts to be mature and hasn’t been shafted by executive decisions. So many of these cartoons in recent memory have gotten the short end of the stick just because they haven’t sold enough toys or because they’re placed in horrible timeslots. These include:
-Young Justice and Green Lantern: The Animated Series got hit the worst, being put on a several-month long hiatus just to be cancelled and finish their current run.
In this age of smartphones, tablets, and an even larger videogame industry, canceling shows due to lack of toy sales is ridiculous.
So no, Legend of Korra hasn’t invented squat; it’s just managed to avoid the ire of incompetent network executives longer than every other similar American cartoon.”
TO ASHNARD AND ALL THE OTHER FABULOUS PEOPLE WHO CALLED THIS AUTHOR OUT ON HIS BULLSHIT, THANK YOU.
I know this is a long shot but I’m desperate. I’m from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and my Miniature Australian Shepherd got out this evening around 7:30pm. Her name is Mocha, and she’s a red merle (red, tan and white), about 20-25lbs, fully vaccinated, microchipped and was last seen by the lighthouse on Lake Drive around 9pm. She lives on Frederick Ave closer to North Ave and is very friendly but likely scared and skittish. Please if you’re in the Milwaukee area or have followers there reblog to spread this around. Please call (262)305-5212 if she’s spotted or if you have any information.
Please help find Mocha!
I lost my husky, Polly once, but gladly the nearest pet shop owner, who knew her, let her stay at his house until I looked for her there.
